SPRING FLING

So long winter, hello spring and all the gorgeous colour and beauty that you bring!

Of course a new season means a new edition of Wedding Inspirations magazine and our spring 2014 issue – on sale from today – overflows with on-trend ideas and smart advice. Highlights of the bumper edition (the magazine’s largest to date) include a dedicated groom’s section that covers everything from fashion options for the big day to planning roles and responsibilities. If you know a stressed-out husband-to-be, point him to the sanity-saving pep talk on page 64 and watch his worries ease! (It certainly made us chuckle, too.)

Other key features include brilliant bridal beauty, breathtaking bridal fashion (blush is clearly the colour of the moment) and four irresistible new reception themes. The first is a sunny celebration, styled in bright yellow (a hot hue for summer parties), and the second a soft, woodlands-inspired special occasion. There’s also a lavish wedding look (note the exquisite flowers) and an elegant Out of Africa theme. More creative ideas abound in the DIY farmer’s market-style bridal shower and features on statement stationery, naked cakes (our favourite food treat this season) and bridal bouquets.

True to form, Wedding Inspirations’ spring issue balances the pretty and the practical, so expect to find interesting advice articles on a wealth of topics, such as new-season party tips and wedding photography. Have a pen handy for the guests’ guide to weddings, which sees five wedding regulars share their likes and loathes.

You’ll also find amazing real weddings that inspire and dreamy honeymoon travel features that are not to be missed!

Available nationwide at Pick ‘n Pay stores, CNA, Exclusive Books, PNA and Dis-Chem, as well as selected SPAR supermarkets and independent retailers. Alternatively subscribe and never miss an issue. Details are here.
