Our favourite couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting married on the 19th of May 2018 and it’s full steam ahead with the wedding plans.

Kensington Palace has released the latest juicy details on the Royal Wedding.

Floral designer Philippa Craddock will be doing the flowers for the church ceremony in St. Georges Chapel at Windsor Castle. Meghan has chosen a variety of greenery (branches of beech, birch and hornbeam) paired with white garden roses, peonies and foxgloves.

Here are some photos of previous weddings by Philippa Craddock. We have no doubt the flowers for the royal wedding will be anything but spectacular.

Now for the cake. Kensington Palace has announced that the couple has selected Violet Cakes. “Prince Harry and Ms. Markle have asked Claire to create a lemon elderflower cake that will incorporate the bright flavours of spring. It will be covered with buttercream and decorated with fresh flowers” – Kensington Palace Twitter account.

If these amazing cakes are anything to go by, the royal cake is going to be oh so pretty. One month to go we cannot wait to see the real thing!
